Clean The Bank Farming Guide - Efficient Cash & Item Sorting Routes

To farm Cash and clear items efficiently in Clean The Bank!, organize runs by zone rather than randomly wandering. Clear the main lobby first to collect high-density loose items, batch objects by vault category (Copper, Gold, Gems, Trophy), and utilize upgraded inventory slots (accessed via Y on controller) to minimize return trips to storage racks.

A farm needs a measurement and a stop rule.

Establishing Zone-Based Cleaning Priority

Global Union Bank contains thousands of scattered items—recorded as 1,790 items on the HUD in sampled August 2026 footage. Trying to run items one by one across opposite ends of the bank creates severe travel downtime. High-efficiency sessions designate one player or pass to sweep the central lobby, while others feed specific vault corridors.

Batching by Material and Vault Destination

Group your collection runs by destination room. Focus exclusively on Gold Vault items (such as Gold Bars) during one loop, then switch to Copper, Gems, or Trophy artifacts. Inspecting items with R (RS) before departing prevents carrying misidentified objects that waste transit time.

Upgrading Capacity to Accelerate Farming Loops

Early rounds limit players to carrying 1 item at a time (observed starter HUD 0/1). As soon as Cash accumulates from successful silhouette deposits, invest in the Upgrades menu (Y key on controller or HUD button) to unlock expanded carrying capacity (such as observed 3/3 capacity states), tripling your haul per transit run.

Run the session in order

  1. 1

Define the target room or area

Select a single destination zone—such as the Gold Vault or Gems room—before picking up clutter from the floor. Do not pick up mixed objects that require running to multiple distant vaults.

  2. 2

    Sweep high-density floor clusters

Use E / Click (or RT) to rapidly pick up matching valuables in the immediate area until your inventory slots reach capacity.

  3. 3

    Transport directly to matching racks

Sprint directly to the chosen vault room, locate the green glowing 3D silhouettes on shelves, and deposit all carried items in quick succession.

  4. 4

    Reinvest Cash into inventory upgrades

Once a cleaning sector is cleared and Cash is credited, open the Upgrades menu (Y button) to increase carrying capacity before starting the next zone.

Stop rules

Leave a bad farming loop

Carrying mixed vault items in one haul

Stashing a Gold Bar, a Gem, and a Trophy in a multi-slot inventory forces you to visit three separate vaults, wasting massive amounts of transit time compared to batch sorting.

Neglecting the Upgrades menu

Hoarding Cash without upgrading carrying capacity via Y (controller) or HUD options severely throttles your items-per-minute sorting throughput.

Continuing a disorganized public server run

If a 20-player server has players randomly throwing items with F across hallways, reset your strategy to an isolated vault wing or coordinate a dedicated squad route.
